Jesse Irons, Violin

Violinist Jesse Irons has been praised by the Baltimore Sun for his "polished and sensitive" performances, "a perfect mix of passion and precision." His chamber music career has taken him throughout the United States and abroad, including France, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Singapore. Since moving to Boston in 2006, he has appeared in concert with Emmanuel Music, Radius Ensemble, Arcturus Chamber Ensemble, and Musicians of the Old Post Road, all while serving as founding president of A Far Cry, the self-conducted string orchestra. Irons studied violin performance at the Peabody Conservatory with Pamela Frank and the New England Conservatory with Nicholas Kitchen.
